POLICY

 1. Most items from our collection are vintage or antique, can be many years old and used by many different owners over the years. This implies that they might have imperfections, missing parts and/or wear and tear. Always ask for a condition report, we are happy to offer detailed videos and photos of the item. Wiring on electronic items such as lamps should always be checked by a certified electrician before using.

2. Items can be reserved (placed on hold) free of charge for a period of 3 days. To reserve for a longer period, this can be done by paying 30% of the selling price. The reservation lasts for 30 calendar days. If the client fails to purchase the item within that time, the advance will not be refunded.

3. Shipping is paid by the client if not specified otherwise. We offer a shipping quote for your item and upon agreement we send you the payment request for the price including shipping. We guarantee a safe packaging, but if your item was damaged during shipping, we offer a refund. Upon receiving your item, you have 3 working days to report any damage to the shipment. After this time we cannot guarantee a full refund.

4. If the item does not suit you or you changed your mind for any reason, you are free to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, with a full refund. After this time we cannot guarantee a full refund.

5. Your personal information is safely protected on our system and will never be passed on to a third party.

6. Items from our collection are available for rent as props. The price is calculated individually for each client.
