This page explains what personal data Antwerp Studio collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are

What we collect, and why
Newsletter signup. If you subscribe via the pop-up on this site, we collect your email address. It is used only to send you occasional emails about new arrivals, restocks and studio updates. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
Product enquiries. If you use the "Inquire" form on a product page, we collect your name, email address and message. It is used only to answer your question about that item. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a sale.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. We use one piece of temporary, session-only browser storage to avoid showing the newsletter pop-up twice in the same visit — this is not personal data and is not shared with anyone.
Who else sees this data
We use two outside services to run these two forms. Both act as our data processors — they handle the data on our instructions and don't use it for their own purposes:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — stores newsletter email addresses and sends the newsletter on our behalf.
- Web3Forms — relays product enquiry submissions to our inbox by email.
We do not sell or otherwise trade your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to answer your question and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. To do so, email info@antwerpstudio.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
